Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multidisciplinary Designer – Social Media, Product & Spatial Design based in Karol Bagh.

We are a dynamic and innovative creative team committed to crafting visually compelling designs across social, product, and spatial platforms. We seek a versatile designer capable of delivering stunning social media content, designing products and bags, creating immersive 3D visuals, and conceptualizing exhibition booths with event videos . Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Graphic Design

Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics, carousel posts, and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Employ branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to maintain consistency across digital content.

Product & Packaging Design

Design bags, accessories, and related product visuals — from concept sketches and moodboards to detailed mockups and technical specs.

Use design tools to prepare presentation-ready visuals and support prototyping or fabrication.

3D Modeling & Spatial Visualization

Create and render 3D visuals and environments (e.g., booths, stalls, displays) using industry-standard 3D software.

Produce walkthroughs or photorealistic renders that translate design concepts into immersive experiences.

Booth / Stall / Exhibition Design

Design functional and aesthetic booth layouts or exhibitory spaces, balancing aesthetics, branding, and spatial constraints.

Prepare plans, elevations, visuals, and presentation decks to support fabrication and client presentations.

Tools & Software Expertise

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva for design production.

Skilled in 3D software (e.g., Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.) for modeling, rendering, and animation.

Competent in translating digital designs into actionable outputs for web, print, or real-world installations.

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

Ideate and propose creative design concepts, campaign visuals, product features, and exhibition themes.

Collaborate across creative, marketing, and production teams to align ideas with brand vision and project goals.

Project Coordination

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Coordinate with external vendors, fabricators, or producers to ensure designs are technically feasible and well-executed.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in a similar multidisciplinary design capacity.

Proven portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, product/bag designs, 3D models, and booth/exhibition visuals.

Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and conceptual development skills.

Excellent attention to detail with solid time-management and multitasking abilities.

Strong collaboration and communication skills across creative and operational teams.
