Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Media Production

• Design bulk artworks for the production team with accurate size, placement, and color specifications.
• Create layouts, product designs, marketing graphics, and print-ready files.
• Conduct product photoshoots and videoshoots for production samples and new product releases.
• Edit and process all photos and videos for marketing, e-commerce, and internal documentation.
• Execute in-house creative and branding projects.

2. Printing & Production Operations

• Manage e-store printing, bulk printing, ad tag label printing, shoe label printing, and related tasks.
• Ensure all print jobs assigned are completed within 24 hours.
• Operate printing machines and ensure accurate color output and correct file execution.
• Create and maintain embroidery punch files and coordinate with the embroidery team.
• Conduct first sample checks and final product approvals.
• Ensure 0% error rate in executed print jobs through strict quality control.

3. Pricing & Consumption Management

• Track consumption of media, inks, threads, fusing, and raw materials.
• Manage costing data and support pricing estimation.
• Ensure inventory is maintained and materials are available for smooth operations.

Deliverables

• High-quality, print-ready designs and production files.
• All printing jobs executed accurately and with zero errors.
• Daily completion of e-store and bulk printing tasks within 24 hours.
• Edited videos and photographs of new samples and production items.
• Properly documented pricing, consumption, and material usage reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
