The Role

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Identity Design:

  Develop comprehensive brand identity systems for clients, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides specifically tailored for employer branding.

• Campaign Creative:

  Lead the design of 360-degree recruitment campaigns, creating consistent and engaging visuals for LinkedIn, career sites, events, and internal communications.

• Multi-Platform Design:

  Design high-performing assets for digital platforms (social media, web banners, infographics) and physical spaces (office branding, recruitment event booths).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work hand-in-hand with Video Editors and Copywriters to ensure that visual design complements the narrative and motion elements of every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience

  , preferably in a branding agency, creative studio, or high-growth corporate environment.

• Expert Proficiency:

  Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX-led projects is a significant plus.

• Strong Portfolio:

  A showcase of work that proves your ability to handle complex branding projects, layout design, and digital-first creative.

• Strategic Mindset:

  Ability to explain the why behind your design choices and how they solve a client's talent challenges.

• Attention to Detail:

  An obsession with typography, grid systems, and pixel-perfection.

• Communication Skills:

  Ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
