Our mission is simple: Think. Build. Amplify. We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for bringing our clients talent stories and corporate narratives to life through engaging video content. You will be instrumental in producing high-quality social media videos, interview features, motion graphics, and corporate communications for a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Professionally assemble, cut, and edit raw footage (including interviews, live-action footage, and B-roll) into compelling final products that adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines. Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and create dynamic motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, and animated GIFs for use across digital and social platforms. Technical Polish: Oversee all post-production elements, including color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and final output formatting for various media channels (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.). Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, and Strategy team to develop video concepts and ensure the final product effectively communicates the intended employer branding message. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, project files, and stock footage. Adaptation: Quickly adapt and re-edit existing content into multiple versions to suit different campaign requirements and aspect ratios (e.g., vertical, square). Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within an agency, media production house, or in-house marketing/corporate communications team. Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus. A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality editing, narrative storytelling, and motion graphics work. Excellent creative eye for pacing, music selection, and visual style, particularly for content aimed at recruitment and brand storytelling. Technical knowledge of various video codecs, file formats, and best practices for social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
