Summary

We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.


Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and more.
  • Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively convey our clients' messages and captivate target audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all design projects.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Design graphics for a range of platforms, including digital, social media, print, and web.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX/UI designers, and marketing strategists, to create integrated campaigns.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative insights, and present design concepts effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of design work, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.


Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a branding, creative, digital, or marketing agency.
  • Experience designing for healthcare and/or technology companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
