Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with 10–15 years of proven experience in professional design. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and accountability for the projects being handled by them, with expertise in modern design tools and the ability to independently manage and deliver multiple creative projects with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marketing creatives, social media campaigns, and digital communication materials.
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful visual communication.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency, attention to detail, and professional design execution across all media platforms.

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• MidJourney (AI-based design generation)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent creative visualization and attention to detail

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of hands-on design experience in a professional environment.
• Creative thinker with strong design judgment and accountability.
• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to deliver consistent quality across multiple projects
