The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s more than just a doer. Someone who can think strategically, craft visually, and elevate every brief that comes their way.

At TCTC, you won’t be stuck designing endless social posts—you’ll work across branding, campaigns, digital experiences, packaging, and environmental graphics, often pushing the boundaries of what design can do for a brand. You’ll have creative freedom—but with the responsibility to lead by example, guide junior designers, and ensure the work has impact, clarity, and craft.

This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable taking charge, thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, and can hit the ground running without waiting for handholding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead design executions across branding, campaigns, social, print, packaging, and experiential design.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and with pixel-perfect quality.
• Collaborate with the Art Director & Creative Director to bring strategic and creative concepts to life.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and setting design benchmarks.
• Present and explain design decisions to internal teams and, when required, to clients.
• Bring fresh perspectives, staying in tune with cultural shifts, design trends, and emerging tools.
• Adapt and extend brand systems into multiple touchpoints, maintaining consistency without killing creativity.

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have 4–6 years of experience in a design studio or agency, working on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
• Have a portfolio that shows strong branding systems, campaign design, and digital + print versatility.
• Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects and Figma are a plus.
• Care deeply about typography, layout, and visual hierarchy—the details that separate good from great.
• Can juggle multiple projects without losing focus or quality.
• Are confident to make decisions independently while knowing when to ask the right questions.

What’s Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

• Motion graphics or animation basics.
• UI/UX or digital product design exposure.
• Ability to contribute to concept development, not just execution.
