Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team and drive key initiatives across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional visual communication skills, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end design projects while ensuring brand consistency throughout all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, posters, ads, and other promotional materials.
• Must be in a position to handle the pressure along with project deadlines
• Understand project requirements, gather information, and translate concepts into appealing and effective visual designs.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and content teams to execute design strategies.
• Produce layouts, illustrations, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital and print media.
• Review, proof, and ensure final output quality before production or publishing.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design styles, and new tools to improve creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Should have worked as English to Kannada Translator.

• Minimum 46 years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in social media creatives, branding, advertising, and digital marketing assets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other designers.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work (mandatory).

• Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada is mandatory for creating regional marketing and branding materials.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UI/UX and website layout design.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with printing processes, formats, and production.
