Why are we hiring for this position? To supercharge our campaigns with high-converting ad creatives while embracing AI-powered design workflows that boost speed, volume, and effectiveness. What does the ideal candidate look like? Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of social-media ad creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). Familiarity with AI design tools âe.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Canva Magic, or similarâfor rapid concepting, upscaling, and batch variations. Strong understanding of social-media platforms and their audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, passionate about design perfection, and able to meet tight deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and design compelling, high-converting ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring each asset meets platform specs and audience expectations. Integrate AI into your workflow: Generate first-draft visuals and multiple variants for A/B testing. Use AI for background removal, smart object swaps, upscaling, and color matching. Maintain a prompt library and share best practices with the team. Ensure all designs adhere to clientsâ brand guidelines and reflect ScaleXâs vision and ethos. Stay updated on the latest design, advertising, and AI trends; proactively test and adopt new techniques. Collaborate closely with performance-marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign strategy. Participate actively in feedback sessions, iterating quickly (with help from AI tools) to refine creatives. Review past campaigns, draw insights, and apply learningsâleveraging AI analytics where usefulâfor continual growth. Whatâs necessary?
