Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs across all platforms. Key duties include:

• Digital & Social Media Design:

  Design and create high-quality, engaging visuals for

  social media posts

  , digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Brand Identity Management:

  Develop, maintain, and ensure

  consistent brand identity

  across all design outputs, adhering to brand guidelines.

• Branding and Product Design:

  Contribute to branding initiatives, product design elements,

  packaging concepts

  , and corporate identity materials (e.g., business cards, letterheads).

• Software Proficiency:

  Proficiently use

  CorelDRAW

  for internal and external creative design tasks, in addition to Adobe Creative Suite.

• Content Creation:

  Create engaging visual content for major digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.

• Social Media Support:

  Handle

  basic social media management

  tasks, including post scheduling and visual storytelling, to maximize content reach and engagement.

• Internal & Event Design:

  Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil in-house design requirements, such as

  office branding

  , event creatives, trade show banners, and presentation decks.

• Design Adaptation:

  Adapt and prepare designs efficiently for both

  print and digital

  use, ensuring technical specifications are met.

• Trend Analysis:

  Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media algorithms to create relevant and cutting-edge content.

🛠️ Required Skills and Software Knowledge

• Software Expertise (Mandatory):

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe InDesign

• Design Acumen:

  Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for

  typography, layout, colour, and composition

  .

• Social Media Knowledge:

  In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their specific creative/visual requirements and dimensions.

• Project Management:

  Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Bonus Skills (A Plus):

  Basic understanding of motion graphics, GIF creation, and video editing principles.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Experience:

  3 to 5 years

  of professional experience in a dedicated graphic designing role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.

• Portfolio:

  A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects (including branding, digital, and social media work) is

  mandatory

  .

• Mindset:

  A creative, detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
