Ourea is a full-service branding agency headquartered in Kochi, India.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Kochi.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, layout, and colour theory.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into creative, impactful designs.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design (social media, branding, or marketing).
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Based in Kochi or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, and print collaterals.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create visuals aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Develop brand-consistent creatives, including logos, brochures, banners, infographics, reels, and advertisements.
Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms while ensuring design consistency.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative concepts for campaigns and storytelling.
Adapt designs for different formats: digital (social posts, ads), print (flyers, posters), and motion (basic animations, GIFs).
Stay updated with current design, digital marketing, and social media trends to deliver relevant and engaging creatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Provide creative inputs for improving user engagement and brand recall.
