Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Kochi. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with the team on various content projects.

Qualifications

• Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading skills
• Minimum of 6 months' experience to 1 year experience in Social Media management and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Based in Kochi or willing to relocate

KRA

Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and campaigns.

Write in alignment with the brand’s voice, tone, and positioning.

Research industry trends and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.

Adapt writing style for different formats: short-form (captions, tweets), long-form (blogs, case studies), and storytelling (LinkedIn, Instagram reels).

Design and implement a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and manage the monthly content calendar, aligning with campaigns, launches, and events.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and visible.

Grow and nurture online communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and driving conversations.

Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to boost brand visibility.

Implement campaigns that increase engagement, brand recall, and audience loyalty.

Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Work closely with the design and branding team to align content with visuals and campaigns.

Coordinate with external agencies/vendors when required.

Experiment with new content formats (reels, carousels, podcasts, etc.) to expand reach.

Stay updated with marketing and content trends.

Continuously improve brand storytelling and positioning through creative campaigns.
