The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling to drive growth and awareness. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and grow presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video, reels, stories). Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Run paid ad campaigns on social media (optional if required). RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
