Nextyn is a fast-growing expert network and research company working with leading global consulting and strategy firms. We are building a brand that reflects innovation, credibility, and high performance—and we’re looking for a creative designer to help us bring that vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for
social media, website, presentations, marketing campaigns, and internal communication
Create
branding assets, pitch decks, brochures, posters, and event creatives
Work closely with the
Marketing, and Leadership teams
on design requirements
Maintain consistency in
brand identity and visual standards
Create quick-turnaround creatives for
ongoing campaigns and hiring initiatives
Develop basic
motion graphics/videos
(if applicable)
Adapt designs for
digital and print formats
Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final output

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a
Graphic Designer / Visual Designer
Strong command over
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma
Good understanding of
layout, typography, color theory, and branding
Ability to work in a
fast-paced startup environment
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Good communication and time management skills
Portfolio showcasing past design work is mandatory

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Basic
video editing or motion graphics
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
Experience with
social media content design
Understanding of
marketing and employer branding
