Graphic Designer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. The role involves creating scientifically accurate, compliant, and visually engaging designs for brand promotions, doctor-centric content, internal communication, and digital campaigns.

Designation: Graphic Designer (Mid - Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design

  visuals for pharma brands

  , including leave-behinds, visual aids (VAs), product cards, MR tools, and detailing slides.
• Create

  scientifically accurate infographics

  , product mechanism-of-action (MOA) diagrams, and disease-awareness artwork.
• Develop

  doctor engagement materials

  such as e-mailers, CME creatives, medical banners, and WhatsApp creatives.
• Support marketing teams with

  brand launch campaigns

  , packaging mockups, and product identity materials.
• Design content for

  internal HR & corporate communication

  (posters, newsletters, events, announcements).
• Work closely with

  medical, marketing, and regulatory teams

  to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Adapt creatives for

  digital platforms

  —social media, website, and internal apps.
• Maintain brand consistency across all pharma communication.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in

  Corel Draw,

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

  , and PowerPoint.
• Ability to convert medical/scientific data into

  simple and visually appealing graphics

  .
• Understanding of

  pharmaceutical branding

  , medical terminology, and regulatory guidelines.
• Creativity balanced with

  accuracy and compliance

• Experience designing for

  pharma MR materials

  , doctor communication, and trade marketing.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  pharma companies, healthcare agencies, or medical communication firms

• Familiarity with

  OTC, Rx, and medical device branding

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare/pharma work.
