We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead who will be the first hire for this new business vertical. This leader will play a pivotal role in building the category roadmap, launching products, building D2C presence, setting up marketing engines, and integrating with our existing trade channels. Reporting Structure The role incumbent will report to Founder of the company Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Leadership Develop the complete business roadmap for the nutraceuticals division: portfolio, channels, pricing, marketing, and revenue plan. Identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, market size, and category opportunities across gut health, skin care, women’s health, men’s health, cognitive health, vitamins & minerals, and muscle recovery. Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for D2C and the trade channel.
