Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through visually engaging and brand-consistent designs. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to create graphics for social media, campaigns, reports, and events that reflect India On Track’s passion for sports, learning, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:

• Develop social media creatives, presentations, posters, newsletters, and marketing materials for ongoing programs, partnerships, and campaigns.

• Brand Support:

• Ensure all designs adhere to India On Track’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to execute integrated campaigns.

• Digital Content Creation:

• Support in producing short-form digital content, infographics, and visual storytelling assets for sports training and brand initiatives.

• Adaptation & Versioning:

• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats for social media, print, and internal communication.

• Learning & Growth:

• Stay updated on design trends and digital marketing tools to continuously enhance output quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience

  in graphic design (preferably in sports, entertainment, or creative industries).
• 
  
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),

  Canva

  etc.
• Strong creative sense with attention to detail and layout aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of sports-based visual communication or event branding.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative design tools.
