We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to develop visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals. This role involves creating multimedia assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to brand innovation through fresh concepts and design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative design development:
• Produce high-quality visual assets, including digital banners, social media creatives, infographics, and presentation templates.
• Develop branding materials- logos, style guides, and promotional assets—to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Create campaign-specific illustrations, concepts, and layouts.
• Design engaging email templates, print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), and website visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Digital & print expertise:
• Optimize designs for various digital platforms, ensuring responsive and platform-specific layouts.
• Create print-ready designs for packaging, merchandise, and event collateral with production-quality standards.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to manage and assure production quality.
• Motion graphics & multimedia:
• Develop animations and motion graphics for videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Partner with video editors to enhance storytelling through overlays, transitions, and graphic elements.
• Explore mixed-media formats by combining photography, illustrations, and video elements.
• Collaboration & design strategy:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand goals and create impactful visuals.
• Translate complex ideas into clean, user-friendly design concepts for diverse audiences.
• Present design options, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Research & innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to keep designs modern and innovative.
• Suggest creative solutions to address brand challenges and identify new opportunities.
