Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Execution Own the full creative funnel from scripting to final assets for UGC, static, and video ads Write compelling hooks, captions, and frameworks grounded in performance copywriting Scout and manage shoots with child talent, creators, and influencers Translate product features into emotional, viral storytelling Brief shots, transitions, formats, and editing directions for video production Coordinate with editors and creative partners to meet rapid timelines Align creative delivery with ad testing calendars and performance metrics Agency & Platform Coordination Work with marketplace agencies to generate UGC and drive positive reviews Coordinate deliverables with performance marketing agencies, production teams, and influencers ????
