Performance Creative Strategist

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Own the full creative funnel from scripting to final assets for UGC, static, and video ads
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and frameworks grounded in performance copywriting
• Scout and manage shoots with child talent, creators, and influencers
• Translate product features into emotional, viral storytelling
• Brief shots, transitions, formats, and editing directions for video production
• Coordinate with editors and creative partners to meet rapid timelines
• Align creative delivery with ad testing calendars and performance metrics

Agency & Platform Coordination

• Work with marketplace agencies to generate UGC and drive positive reviews
• Coordinate deliverables with performance marketing agencies, production teams, and influencers

• 13 years of experience in a D2C brand, agency, or creative performance role
• Strong copywriting and storytelling chops rooted in frameworks like AIDA, PAS, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of camera setups, script writing, and post-production
• A sharp eye for design, layout, and whatactually sellson Meta & Google
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for creative planning and performance tracking
• A high-ownership, multi-tasking mindset
• A love for kids brands, characters, and making things fun, quirky, and delightful

• Have worked on ad creative testing for Meta / Google
• Have managed influencer/UGC shoots at scale
• Have basic video editing or motion graphics skills
• Grew up loving Pokmon, LEGO, Disney, Nerf, or anything collectible

Lead the end-to-end creative process for ad-first content from scripting to post-production

Write performance-driven copy: hooks, captions, and storytelling frameworks that convert

Ideate and storyboard content formats tailored to Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms

Translate product features into engaging, relatable stories that connect with parents and excite kids

Scout and manage influencers, child models, and creators for content production

Plan, coordinate, and direct shoots including shot lists, transitions, and visual direction

Ensure high-quality, scalable UGC content optimized for paid media

Build creatives aligned with testing calendars and ROAS goals

Continuously iterate on top-performing formats using performance insights

Collaborate with the media buying team to understand whats working and why
