What You’ll Work On:

Designing
content-first creatives
for social media, email, and web
Creating
motion graphics
& reels that don’t feel like ads
Owning the
brand aesthetic
across platforms
Collaborating with writers, video editors, and strategists
Constantly iterating based on insights,
not ego
Helping shape how people feel when they see our brand

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

Canva (advanced usage, not just drag-and-drop)
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Any reel editor you're obsessed with (CapCut, InShot, Premiere)
Bonus: Figma, Midjourney, AI design tools, Notion, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience OR a portfolio that speaks louder than your resumé
A design philosophy that balances
intentionality with boldness
Clear communication & creative ownership
Awareness of
aesthetic trends
(and when to ignore them)
An eye for storytelling..not just layout
