Role As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll: Own end-to-end product development - from architecture to deployment. Ship user-facing features weekly (we move fast). Work on core marketplace flows : discovery, booking, payments, reminders, ratings. Set up reliable infrastructure (monitoring, error tracking, uptime). Collaborate directly with the founders to translate problem statements into working product. Shape the engineering culture, stack, and hiring bar as we grow. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering . Strong in TypeScript/Next.js (or React + Node.js/Django) + Postgres . Comfortable with APIs, queues, webhooks, payments, and integrations . Experience building or scaling marketplaces / SaaS products is a huge plus. We’re building the future of design consultancy, and we want ambitious students to help shape it. Role: Regional Builder Intern (Paid | Remote | 6 months) This is not a desk-only internship. Expect to get your hands dirty and learn by doing. You will work across multiple rotations, including: Research and intelligence: AI-savvy searchers who can curate consultant and client lists with accuracy. Outreach and communication: Reaching out to firms and consultants, driving sign-ups, conducting follow-ups, and making calls. Onboarding: Assisting with consultant and client onboarding, student sign-ups, and maintaining records in Google Sheets/Excel.
