Role As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll: Own end-to-end product development - from architecture to deployment. Ship user-facing features weekly (we move fast). Work on core marketplace flows : discovery, booking, payments, reminders, ratings. Set up reliable infrastructure (monitoring, error tracking, uptime). Collaborate directly with the founders to translate problem statements into working product. Shape the engineering culture, stack, and hiring bar as we grow. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering . Strong in TypeScript/Next.js (or React + Node.js/Django) + Postgres . Comfortable with APIs, queues, webhooks, payments, and integrations . Experience building or scaling marketplaces / SaaS products is a huge plus. Startup DNA: fast shipping, problem-solving mindset, thrives in ambiguity. Expectations Ship weekly Write clean, documented, testable code (handover-ready). Think in terms of scale, reliability, and user impact (not just “get it working”). Be opinionated about stack choices but explain them in plain English. The role will focus on system-building, streamlining backend processes, and managing consultant onboarding from start to finish. If you're the kind of person who enjoys research, has a knack for getting things done, and knows how to hold a conversation, you'll thrive here. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup functions from the inside and isn’t afraid to dive into the chaos and bring structure to it. What You'll Be Doing Assist in setting up and documenting backend processes and workflows Manage the consultant onboarding pipeline - from outreach and documentation to listing Research and identify potential consultants, collaborators, and tools Communicate with consultants and ensure everything is in place for a smooth onboarding Track progress, manage internal checklists, and follow up to ensure timelines are met Build and update internal systems, forms, and records What We’re Looking For We’re not ticking boxes.
