Founding Full-Stack Engineer south delhi, delhi, india 3 years None Not disclosed On-site Full Time

About us We’re building Hourly - a design-tech marketplace that makes expert design advice as easy to book as a cab ride. Think of it as the “Zomato for design services”- connecting clients to top consultants and specialists, by the hour . We’re early, scrappy, and ambitious . With paying clients, onboarded consultants, and VC interest already coming in, this is the chance to join at day zero and shape the product that will redefine how design services are consumed. Role As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll: Own end-to-end product development - from architecture to deployment. Ship user-facing features weekly (we move fast). Work on core marketplace flows : discovery, booking, payments, reminders, ratings. Set up reliable infrastructure (monitoring, error tracking, uptime). Collaborate directly with the founders to translate problem statements into working product. Shape the engineering culture, stack, and hiring bar as we grow. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering . Strong in TypeScript/Next.js (or React + Node.js/Django) + Postgres . Comfortable with APIs, queues, webhooks, payments, and integrations . Experience building or scaling marketplaces / SaaS products is a huge plus. Startup DNA: fast shipping, problem-solving mindset, thrives in ambiguity. Expectations Ship weekly Write clean, documented, testable code (handover-ready). Think in terms of scale, reliability, and user impact (not just “get it working”). Be opinionated about stack choices but explain them in plain English. Founder-level ownership: when something breaks, you fix it, not wait. Why Join Us? Foundation opportunity → you’ll be hire #1, shaping product and culture. Impact → every line of code directly affects users. Growth → exposure to marketplace design at scale (think Airbnb, Zomato). Equity → meaningful ownership + salary If you want to build from scratch, ship fast, and see your work touch real users every week , this is for you.
