About the Role

We’re looking for someone sharp, dependable, and organized to join us full-time and work directly with the founder. The role will focus on system-building, streamlining backend processes, and managing consultant onboarding from start to finish.

If you're the kind of person who enjoys research, has a knack for getting things done, and knows how to hold a conversation, you'll thrive here.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup functions from the inside and isn’t afraid to dive into the chaos and bring structure to it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in setting up and documenting backend processes and workflows
• Manage the consultant onboarding pipeline - from outreach and documentation to listing
• Research and identify potential consultants, collaborators, and tools
• Communicate with consultants and ensure everything is in place for a smooth onboarding
• Track progress, manage internal checklists, and follow up to ensure timelines are met
• Build and update internal systems, forms, and records

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable reaching out and following up with consultants
• Active on LinkedIn and knows how to research people and companies online
• Organized — you don’t let things slip
• Accountable — if something’s on your plate, we don’t have to chase you for it
• Curious and self-initiated — you’ll be given direction, not micro-management
• Bonus: Experience in sales, BD, client coordination, or hiring
