Hourly is India’s first curated design-tech marketplace where clients connect with top design consultants - by the hour. We’re building the future of design consultancy, and we want ambitious students to help shape it.

Role: Regional Builder Intern (Paid | Remote | 6 months)

This is not a desk-only internship. Expect to get your hands dirty and learn by doing.

You will work across multiple rotations, including:

• Research and intelligence: AI-savvy searchers who can curate consultant and client lists

  with accuracy.

• Outreach and communication: Reaching out to firms and consultants, driving sign-ups,

  conducting follow-ups, and making calls.

• Onboarding: Assisting with consultant and client onboarding, student sign-ups, and maintaining records in

  Google Sheets/Excel.

• Creative growth: Contributing ideas for lean, high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Site Sense (operations): Exposure to

  site surveys

  , property studies, measurements, and learning how to conduct them professionally.

This program is designed for those who want exposure to sales, communication, operations, and the business side of design.

Commitment and Stipend

Remote | 4–5 hours/day in one fixed slot:

• Morning: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Evening: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Stipend plus performance-based bonuses

• 4th/5th year architecture or design students, or recent graduates

• Strong communication and execution skills
