Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating our mission and marketing goals into compelling visual content that resonates with both our team and our agricultural community. Your designs will play a key role in educating farmers, promoting our products, and building a strong, recognizable brand identity across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Create visually engaging designs for a wide range of materials, including:

· Print & Packaging: Product catalogs, brochures, flyers, posters, banners for trade shows, and product packaging labels.

· Digital Marketing: Social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), email newsletter templates, web banners, and digital advertisements.

· Brand & Presentation: Designing PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations for sales teams, creating infographics to explain agricultural processes, and assisting with the development and maintenance of our brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience (farmers, distributors), and campaign objectives.

· Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

· Prepare and preflight files for both high-quality print production and digital publishing.

· Stay updated on design trends, particularly those relevant to the agricultural and retail sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.

· High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must).

· Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

· Ability to take complex agricultural information and turn it into clear, easy-to-understand visuals.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.

· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.

· Familiarity with basic agricultural terms and an understanding of the farming community is a significant advantage.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

· Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut) for social media content.

· Experience with photography or photo editing for product pictures.

· Knowledge of UI/UX principles for basic web design.

Pay: ₹11,741.68 - ₹23,353.06 per month
