As part of our creative & marketing team, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand visuals and video communications.

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and multi-skilled professional who can design engaging graphics and transform ideas into compelling video content. You will be responsible for creating brand-aligned visuals for digital marketing, social media, website assets, and video edits for campaigns, promos, and internal communications. The ideal person has strong design fundamentals, good motion-graphics/video editing skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-moving project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

●     Conceptualise, design and produce a wide range of visual assets: social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), website banners, infographics, email-campaign visuals, print-ready materials (when needed)

●     Edit and animate video content: short-form social videos, company promos, case-study videos, product explainers, motion-graphics overlays

●     Collaborate with the marketing, content and UI/UX teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual communication

●     Ensure all graphics and video outputs adhere to brand guidelines – colours, fonts, tone, imagery, animation style

●     Optimize visuals and videos for different platforms (mobile, desktop, social) and formats (16:9, 9:16, square, stories, reels)

●     Maintain an organised library of design assets, raw footage, project files, templates

●     Stay updated with design & video trends (motion graphics, typography, branding, platform formats) and suggest new ideas to elevate our creative output

●     Manage multiple deliverables with deadlines and respond quickly to feedback/iterations

●     Assist in occasional photo shoots (setting up visual frames, retouching) or sourcing stock assets as needed

Qualifications & Skills

●     Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or equivalent experience

●     3 to 5 years of proven experience in a design/video role (agency or in-house preferred)

●     Strong graphic design skills: layout, typography, colour theory, composition

●     Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

●     Strong video editing/motion-graphics skills: experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent)

●     Comfortable with animation, motion graphics, kinetic typography

●     Experience with social-media formats and platform specs (IG/Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube etc)

●     Basic understanding of audio editing, colour grading, rendering/export settings a plus

●     Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to receive and implement feedback quickly

●     Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design work and video/motion-graphics projects

●     Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
