Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to lead the creation of beautiful illustrations and captivating digital ads for Alyke. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design compelling visual assets that showcase the app’s features, engage users, and drive growth. The role demands a strong sense of creativity, with a focus on crafting unique, high-quality illustrations and ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Illustration Creation: Develop unique and creative illustrations for Alyke’s mobile app, website, and marketing materials.
• Ad Design: Create digital ads, banners, and promotional materials tailored to various platforms and optimized for maximum engagement.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals, app features, and overall brand strategy.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay on top of current design and social media trends to keep our visuals fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
• Animation: Create animated assets for social media, ads, and in-app features (Lottie/Rive) when needed, adding a dynamic element to our content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets are consistent with Alyke’s established brand guidelines, while infusing creativity into every piece.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Chatgpt & midjourney to create assets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, illustrations, and campaign designs.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing a creative edge to designs.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in fine arts/Design ( Preferred specialization in Graphic/digital design)
• Experience working with a tech startup or mobile app is a plus.
