Graphic Design Intern

Candidate must should be able to read Bengali. A Graphic Designer cum Social Media Promoter role combines the skills of a graphic designer with the responsibilities of a social media manager. This individual is responsible for creating visually appealing content for social media platforms, as well as developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement online. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Creating visually engaging posts, graphics, and videos for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Designing marketing materials like website banners, email templates, and promotional graphics. Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and website elements. Maintaining brand consistency and visual coherence across all digital platforms. Social Media Management: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Managing daily posting and content scheduling across different platforms. Engaging with the online community and responding to comments and messages. Monitoring social media trends and suggesting ideas to improve performance. Tracking analytics and generating performance reports with actionable insights. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging. Collaborating with other departments to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Other: Staying updated on design trends and best practices for social media. Potentially assisting with video editing and other multimedia content creation. In essence, this role requires a creative individual who can translate marketing goals into visually compelling content and effectively manage social media presence to drive brand growth.
