Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Intern who will work closely with the founder and team to bring Éktaraa’s story to life. The role combines research, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and brand assistance , making it ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Outstanding performance during the internship can lead to a full-time Associate role. Key Responsibilities: Research & Insights Research market trends, competitor strategies, and jewelry/lifestyle inspirations. Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and event participation. Track and report on social engagement and campaign performance. Content & Social Media Assist in content creation (Reels, posts, stories, product shoots). Draft captions, campaign ideas, and festive/social media concepts. Design creatives using Canva (main design tool). Do basic video editing (Reels, event clips, product highlights) using CapCut/other tools. Support influencer outreach, UGC initiatives, and content collaborations. Help manage posting schedules, hashtags, and audience engagement. Events & Brand Experience Support planning and execution of brand stalls at exhibitions, pop-ups, and festive events. Assist with logistics (stall décor, displays, props, jewelry handling, passes). Capture and edit quick content during events (photos, videos, reels). Interact with customers and represent Éktaraa on-ground Operations & Assistance Maintain trackers for content calendars, inventory, and collaborations. Coordinate with vendors for packaging, printing, and event materials. Provide day-to-day assistance to the founder/team. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and storytelling. Skills & Qualifications Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle branding. Proficiency in Canva (main skill for creatives). Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools). Good research and content ideation skills. Strong organizational & coordination skills for events and vendors. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (preferred).
