Role Overview

Marketing & Operations Associate

You’ll support Éktaraa’s marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day operations - working directly with the founders on everything from social media and shoots to packaging and fulfilment.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Design posts, stories, and campaign visuals using

  Canva

  (basic templates, layouts, and typography).
• Support

  photo/video shoots

  , ensuring products and setups align with brand style.
• Assist with

  basic video editing

  for Reels or campaign snippets (mobile or desktop tools).
• Plan and schedule social media content calendars.
• Help manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Operations & Coordination

• Oversee daily packaging and dispatch workflow.
• Maintain inventory and stock updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for packaging, printing, and logistics.
• Organize jewellery, photoshoot materials, and operational supplies.
• Ensure smooth fulfilment and timely delivery of orders.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have 0–2 years of experience (internships count).
• Know

  Canva

  and have basic skills in

  photo/video editing

  (CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Are passionate about

  fashion, jewellery, and digital marketing

• Are comfortable working

  on-site

  and taking ownership of daily tasks.
• Have strong communication and coordination skills.
