Graduate Engineering Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in daily operations, analysis, and project work.
• Learn and understand company products, processes, and standards.
• Participate in production planning, machine operation overview, and workflow understanding.
• Support quality checks, documentation, inspection reports, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Design, R&D, Purchase, and Stores.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and drawings as required.
• Attend technical training sessions, audits, and internal reviews.
• Work on cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and productivity enhancement projects.
• Follow company safety standards, ISO procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Complete assignments within timelines under the guidance of mentors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation engineering.
• Good understanding of engineering basics, drawings, and measurements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to industrial environments.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), or ERP systems (added advantage).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Communication (or relevant discipline).
• 0–1 year experience (Freshers preferred).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
