BE/Diploma candidates of 2025/2024 pass outs who hails preferably from a small town & have 65% & above marks all through & want to make a career in Training and who are ready to travel to various places in India.

Job Description for GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) -

As a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET), you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to impart practical knowledge and technical skills in various engineering disciplines. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining insights into industry practices and contributing to real-world projects. You will be trained in content development as per client requirements, deliver hands on training, carry out assessments and prepare reports and returns for certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand & develop structured training, skill development programs & delivering the same.
• Assist with various projects, develop content , deliver training, conduct assessment and prepare reports and returns for certifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to create training content, develop suitable training delivery methods, assessment methods and implement the solutions as per client requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

· Conversant with MS Office Tools

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
