Job Description

We are right now hiring for sales personnel for Tech. Person should be having experience in selling IT Hardware(Like laptop, mouse, CPU, RAM, etc) & Networking items(like IP phones, switches, router) to Government Sector .
Key Responsibilities
Identify Opportunities Research, identify, and evaluate government procurement opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.
Bid Preparation Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids and proposals in response to government solicitations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Relationship Building Cultivate and maintain relationships with government procurement officials, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance our position in the market.
Market Analysis Stay abreast of government procurement trends, policies, and regulations, providing insights to the salesand leadership teams.
Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver successful bids.
Contract Negotiation Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.
Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and bid-related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in government bid sales, with a demonstrable track record of successfully securing government contracts. Target achieve & goal oriented In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other salestools.
