Job Description

Google is looking for Governance and Deals Specialist, Global Vendor Operations to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful project execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure deal success and inform future strategies.
