Governance and Deals Specialist, Global Vendor Operations

Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Contracts and Solutions Lead to provide solutions consultations for GVO on pilot programs, new programs, and experimental vendor engagements. - Ensure timely processing of commercial term updates to SOWs and order forms, and manage the data ecosystem of vendor engagements. - Develop financial cost models, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses. - Implement process improvements to automate or enhance legacy systems. - Design and execute various vendor governance compliance programs in collaboration with other GVO teams and broader Risk and Compliance cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations. - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing third party logistics relationships. - Experience in procurement and contract management lifecycles. - Experience with audit operations. - Experience in building product requirement documents with an interest in enhancing user experience. - Experience in leading the implementation of security risk and compliance frameworks for security programs. - Knowledge of applicable global privacy laws, regulations, and binding legal commitments. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
