Role Overview

Google Sheets Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Google Sheets–based workflows across business functions.
Automate repetitive tasks and integrate data sources using Google Apps Script.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for management insights.
Optimize reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Automation roles.
Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, queries, arrays, import functions).
Proficiency in Google Apps Script for workflow automation.
Ability to create interactive dashboards and actionable reports.
Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
