Role Overview

Google Sheets Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Google Sheets–based workflows across business functions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and integrate data sources using Google Apps Script.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for management insights.
  • Optimize reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions.


Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Automation roles.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, queries, arrays, import functions).
  • Proficiency in Google Apps Script for workflow automation.
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards and actionable reports.
  • Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
