Role Overview:

Looking for aGoogle Sheets Automation Analystto drive process efficiency and data accuracy across business operations. The role involves designing automated solutions, creating dashboards, and integrating workflows through Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in automation, and the ability to collaborate with teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Sheetsbased workflows across business functions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and integrate data sources using Google Apps Script.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for management insights.
• Optimize reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Automation roles.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, queries, arrays, import functions).
• Proficiency in Google Apps Script for workflow automation.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and actionable reports.
• Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
