Description

We are seeking a Lead Technician for Rotating Equipment Machinery to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing rotating machinery, ensuring reliability and optimal performance in our operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee maintenance and repair activities for rotating equipment machinery.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.
Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires in best practices and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during maintenance operations.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
