Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads – Travel Industry)

About Us:

Aertrip.com is a fast-growing travel technology company transforming the way people plan and book travel. We specialize in providing seamless solutions for flights, hotels, holidays, and more. We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the travel industry to manage and scale our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive high-quality leads, bookings, and customer acquisition at optimal ROI.
  • Manage large-scale ad budgets (₹10 lakh+ monthly), ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing returns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and competitor analysis.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially in the travel industry.
  • A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads within the travel industry.
  • Proven success in managing ad budgets exceeding ₹10 lakh.
  • Strong understanding of travel customer behavior, booking funnels, and seasonal campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other performance channels (Bing Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing).
  • Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies in travel.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
