About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, proven expertise in ROI-driven ad management, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
• Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
• Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API) and ensure accurate attribution
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices
• Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom conversions
