Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) targeted at engineering services and B2B audiences. Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis tailored to niche engineering domains and technical buyer personas. Write and test highly technical, conversion-focused ad copy that resonates with industry professionals and decision-makers. Set up and manage conversion tracking for inquiries, RFQs, and service-specific leads using Google Tag Manager and Analytics. Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while meeting lead quality and volume targets. Collaborate with service line experts and design teams to develop effective landing pages and visual creatives. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights, using tools like Google Data Studio and Looker Studio. Stay updated with latest trends in Google Ads, algorithm changes, and industry-specific marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2–6 years of experience in managing B2B Google Ads campaigns, preferably in engineering or technical services sectors. Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, and Video) required or willing to obtain. Strong understanding of industrial services, technical audiences, and lead generation strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integration. Experience with long sales cycles, multi-stage conversion funnels, and account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
