Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance Monthly evaluation and performance management system (PMS) checks Leave management, carry-forward approvals & employee query resolution Onboarding & offboarding process management Letter drafting (Offer, Increment, Internship, Exit, etc.) Salary processing support, professional tax updates, and coordination with CA Generating salary slips & maintaining employee accounts sheets Employee Engagement & Communication Planning employee activities, birthdays, and festival celebrations Designing posters for employee of the month, job openings, and internal events Drafting internal messages, newsletters (KTG & Opti Matrix), and announcements Handling employee issues and ensuring a healthy workplace culture Recruitment & Talent Management Drafting Job Descriptions (JD) & LinkedIn job postings Coordinating interviews, calls, and follow-ups Assisting in increment lists and appraisal discussions Admin & IT Coordination RDP setup, ID/password sheet maintenance & CCTV monitoring Random PMS checks & reporting to management Basecamp / PMS training coordination (as required) Meetings & Presentations Preparing & presenting team meeting PPTs Regular updates and meetings with management Continuous Learning Staying updated on HR best practices & compliance Reading, research & implementing new SOPs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,855.14 - ₹25,914.32 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off
