About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and scaling lead generation campaigns that deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and A/B test creatives
• Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve CTR and conversions
• Manage ad budgets and bid strategies effectively
• Track conversions and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to align messaging
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing KPIs
• Google Ads Certification (preferred)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
