About the role;

Digital Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities;

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven strategies for better conversions.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS while maintaining brand goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with brand objectives.


Requirements;

  • 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C brands.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns and improving key metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving strategies.
