Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and skilled in creating high-performing Google Ads strategies that drive conversions and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to boost ad performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve results.
• Develop ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations for better Quality Score and CTR.
• Track conversion metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align paid ads with overall business objectives.
• Implement A/B testing for ads, keywords, and landing pages.
• Ensure campaigns meet ROI targets and follow best practices for cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Keyword Planner.
• Good knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video).
• Experience with Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
• Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
