Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure high-performing campaigns. Write and optimize ad copy to ensure maximum relevance and engagement. Perform regular performance analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximize ROI. Work closely with the design team to create effective display ads. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing. Provide recommendations for continuous campaign improvement based on data-driven insights. Ensure Google Ads accounts are properly structured for maximum performance and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Google Ads certification. Preferred Skills: Experience with other paid advertising platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
