About the Role:


We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with search, display, shopping, and video campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and growth for the business.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
  2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  3. Write compelling ad copies and optimize ad creatives for higher CTR and conversions.
  4. Manage and monitor daily budget caps, bids, and campaign spend to maximize ROI.
  5. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
  6. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  7. Optimize campaigns regularly to improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rate.
  8. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
  10. Suggest and implement strategies for remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar PPC role.
  3. Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms, campaign types, and bidding strategies.
  4. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  5. Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong communication and reporting skills.
  9. Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  10. Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  11. Knowledge of eCommerce advertising strategies.
