Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Google Ads Lead to drive strategy, execution, and performance of Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts or projects. You will oversee campaign planning, optimization, and team coordination to deliver high-impact paid search and display advertising results. This role requires both hands-on campaign management skills and the ability to lead and mentor others. We prioritize demonstrated results and practical knowledge over certifications. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max). Manage multiple campaigns/accounts ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. Analyze campaign performance data and implement data-driven improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. Mentor and support junior team members or colleagues in PPC best practices Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients. Stay current with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Proven ability to lead campaigns or small teams (mentorship or project leadership). Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics reporting. Experience with bid management, keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Comfortable managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Performance Max and Shopping campaigns. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Tag Manager. Background in ecommerce, lead generation, or B2B digital advertising.
