Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) Content Creation & Management Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.) Oversee the publishing schedule and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual style. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly to foster brand engagement. Engage with influencers, customers, and brand advocates. Trend Monitoring Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activities. Identify and leverage real-time opportunities and viral moments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field 35 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands. Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Insights, Google Analytics). Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Preferred Skills: Experience with influencer collaboration and social media ad management. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and video editing is a plus. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads (including YouTube) and Meta Ads . Experience with LinkedIn Ads is required. Strong grasp of audience segmentation, bid strategies, retargeting, and funnel design. Experience using or willingness to adopt ClickMagick as a primary tracking tool.
