About the Role:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
    • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
  • Content Creation & Management

    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.)
    • Oversee the publishing schedule and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual style.
  • Community Engagement

    • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly to foster brand engagement.
    • Engage with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
    • Generate monthly reports and insights to guide future strategies.
  • Advertising & Budget

    • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google ads, Search campaigns LinkedIn ads etc.)
    • Collaborate with the media buying team to ensure effective ad placements and ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring

    • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activities.
    • Identify and leverage real-time opportunities and viral moments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • 35 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer collaboration and social media ad management.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
